2) Planetary colonisation. Start it up as a sort of management panel based thing through outposts, with inputs/outputs etc - a way to produce POS trade goods and the like in 0.0.
3) Constellation Sovereignty. Addition of basic infrastructure such as sentry guns, modules to allow system wide bonuses for your alliance (think command ships, but only two thirds the bonus and limit the number of the bonuses to 4-5 or something).
4) Upgradeable outposts. Enable outposts to be upgraded in a way that isn't restrictive and is customisable - allow stations to be upgraded with 200 factory slots with a 30% reduction for instance, but make the costs cumulatively increase with each upgrade, so doing so would cost like 200 billion.
5) Proper roles for motherships and titans. New features for motherships and titans, such as mobile factories/refineries even (pos style?). Enhanced combat roles such as small scale mobile forcefields, and bonuses for capital tanking modules on them to bring them in line with siege dreads - atm these ships are seriously lacking, motherships especially.
6) Solution to capital ship POS refueling. Atm you can refuel POS's and so on through jump capable ships. This of course removes any ability to blockade a system to starve POS's of fuel. Something such as preventing jump capable ships from carrying any isotopes other than their own race, and restricting the ability to carry POS trade goods.
7) Complexes. Complexes need to move around as the new ones are planned to, so a respawn in a random location multiple hours after it was previously completed (random timer also), and don't put them on the map - overview sure, but more exploration ftw.
8) Rebalancing of Caldari. Currently vastly overpowered; as is evident from caldari ships being the ones primarily used by pretty much everyone, and even in the last competition - almost all teams fielded caldari... Hmm. Possibly achieved with today's sisi patch.
9) Rebalancing of Amarr. Tier 3 BS is more of the same old thing; lasers are currently the weakest of all the turrets (similar damage, but far larger drawbacks i.e. huge cap use, higher fitting req's all round).
10) Reviving risk vs reward. Remove L4 agents and high end L3's from high sec. Simple as that. -------- It's great being Amarr, aint it?
